Last day in Sweden.

Today was our last day in Stockholm!
Tomorrow morning we’re heading back to Belgium and we have to get up REALLY early again. We have to go to a special bus stop in Stockholm City, and then we have to get on a bus which will bring us to the airport (it’s pretty far away from the center, I think it’s more less 1 hour and 30 minutes… ). At 9:45h our plane will take off and I guess we’ll be home around 12h. I really liked Stockholm, but like always I’m happy to go back home. I miss my doggy and my parents, hahah.

We spent our last day in the shopping district in Stockholm and listening music on our bed. We’re still pretty tired after last night. Later, when I’m back home and when I received the pictures, I’ll write about the aftershow party we had last night at ‘Pure’.

Stockholm is like a huge labyrinth! The metro stations AND the streets are like…one big mess where you get lost so easily when you’re just a tourist. It’s great, though. Behind every corner and in every street you discover something new which makes Stockholm just a little bit more special and attractive. This afternoon there was a lot of music, street dancers, and a huge crowd. It’s a lot different from Belgium, hahah.
I bought some new clothes too, so my day was just perfect. Now we’ll have a relaxed evening in our hotel, taking a shower and maybe watching a movie. We’ll see. ;)

Kissing at pop explosion.

Telling you that this time in Sweden was completely different and a lot more fun than the previous times, is a fucking understatement. There’s a lot I could tell you but I just don’t know where to start. Right now, we just woke up from a long, drunk night and we’re just trying to put things together in our minds, but everything is still a bit blurry. Though, we had a lot of fun, I can assure you.
First of all I wanna make some things clear which happened at the yesterday’s concert. As some of you might know –that is for the Eric Saade fans among us- YES, Eric kissed Kim on stage. It all happened a bit unexpected because all fans know he chooses his ‘break of dawn’-girl at the right side of the stage, and we were standing on the left side. Already in the first few minutes of the concert, Eric saw Kim and pointed at her when he noticed her standing in the first row. Later, when ‘break of dawn’ came, he choose her and she got her chance on stage with him. At the end of the song he kissed her, and this is when all the shit started.

People hate on Kim, telling that ‘she is a fucking bitch’ and ‘she doesn’t deserve this’, but when you watch that motherfucking video you can see very CLEARLY that HE is the one asking for the kiss and that she is turning her head and offering her cheek. And it’s also HE who says ‘No, your lips’ and kisses her on the mouth. So tell me, what right do you have to insult Kim for this? What would you do if you were in this situation? I don’t think you’d say ‘No, Eric. You cannot kiss me, imagine I might get pregnant.’ You’d just fucking go for it as well.
Spreading shit and rumors about her won’t change what happened, so you might as well just drop it without getting all bitchy and childish about this, right? If this is what ERIC wanted to do, then why should Kim get all the hate and negative reactions? It’s not like she asked for it.

He promised her a while ago that he wanted to take her on stage, and this is what finally happened. If you care about Eric, and I mean in a serious way, like, really CARE for him as a person and not just as a fucking popstar, you respect his wishes and you just go with it, no?

Why is this fandom so fucking crazy and childish?
People, GROW THE FUCK UP, please. With this kind of attitude you only make a fool of yourselves because in the end, both Eric and Kim, are adults and can do whatever the fuck they want. If they wanna rip each other’s clothes off on stage or shove their tongues down each other’s throats, then they won’t ask you guys for any permission. I think this statement has become clear last night.

Now, stop this shit and act like normal people would.

From terror eyebrows to terror hotelroom.

Since yesterday afternoon we noticed something is not right with our hotelroom. Since this morning, we are SURE that something is definitely wrong. Yesterday I went into the bathroom while Kim was resting on the bed with the TV turned on. Suddenly the lights in the bathroom turned off for no reason, while the lights in the rest of our hotelroom still worked. When I returned to Kim, I saw that also the TV was turned off so I thought Kim did it cause she was trying to sleep. I laid down on bed as well and suddenly, out of nowhere, the TV turned on again. Really weird.. Seems like she hadn’t been the one to turn off the TV in the first place either...
Then last night, the toilet flushed every ten seconds by itself, we both had bad dreams the entire night and there were a lot of weird and loud noises. Well, probably the noises were caused by the other people who’re staying in the hotel, but it’s still scary anyway if you add it to the other stuff. ;p

Anyway, we survived and I hope we’ll do the coming days as well cause we won’t leave until Monday, hahah. Now we’re getting ready to go to the concert hall!:) Outside it seems pretty hot right now so let’s hope it stays that way!

 See you later, lovies<3

Goodnight, Stockholm.

We're in bed now and about to sleep. I'm kinda excited for tomorrow, though. It'll be Eric Saade his last concert of the tour and I've heard it will be spectacular. I set my expectations high ;)

Goodnight, y'all.♥

Stockholm, day 1.

Hey lovies,

just like expected, our morning was rather dramatic and exhausting. We were at the airport at 06:30h and took our plane at 08:00h. Somehow we managed to fall asleep and slept almost the entire way, but once landed in Sweden everything got a bit chaotic and stressful cus we had to take a bus and blahblah. Well, we fell asleep again, hahah, and when we woke up we were somewhere in the city center. The weather is nice and the city is lovely, though the city part where our hotel is located is rather weird. Our hotel looks like a container or something on the outside, but inside it’s okay. We just went outside, ate something at the mall which is just a few minutes walking from the hotel, but right now we’re back in our room. We’re so tired… We’re gonna take it easy today. Just watch a movie, maybe visit the mall again and eat an ice cream, chill…and I think that’s about it. J We’ll keep the shopping for Sunday.
Tomorrow it’s time for POP EXPLOSION and Eric Saade (and Julimar), so we should rest well before spending the entire night partying and drinking at the aftershow party! ;p

Kus.

Terror eyebrows & Stockholm.

Kim and I just finished packing, can’t believe how much time we spent on it. Even NOW we didn’t finish it completely.. I still have to use my toothbrush and make-up in the morning so…hahah. We’ll be waking up at 4:30h-5h, so soon we’ll go to bed so we’ll have at least a LITTLE bit time to sleep. I already know the morning will be horrible and we’ll have a bad mood until we land in Sweden and arrive at the hotel. ;p Right now I don’t really know what to expect about the weather but I really HOPE it will be okay. Sleeping less, using the plane AND cold weather, that wouldn’t be a good combination. It could cause Kim and me to waste the entire day inside the hotel, on our bed, whining the time away hahah.
An hour ago (or something like that) we did Kim her eyebrows and I swear to God, it was fucking funny. I wish I had asked my mum to tape it. ;p Her skin turned all reddish and her eyes were all teary. But well, it looks a lot better now because at first she had (like she calls it) TERROR EYEBROWS.

We’ll get ready for bed now! So, to y’all, have a good night and SWEET DREAMS. ;) See you guys when we're in Stockholm!

woensdag 25 april 2012

Sometimes I really think Kim and I should get an own TV show, like…for real. We always end up in the most bizarre and crazy situations and somehow we’re able to turn a horrible situation even worse, so it becomes actually pretty funny. And every time when we actually TRY to cause some trouble, it fails from the start, like when we wanted to do this test with the Coca Cola and Mentos. It went absolutely nowhere… The things we say are abnormal, the things we do are practically impossible but we do it without difficulty (what makes me wonder if we’re brilliant or rather very stupid), and she always succeeds to give me a damn panic attack when we’re on the road. Doesn’t matter if we’re on a bus, or a boat, or the plane, she’ll always find a place and a way to make me lose my mind and nearly pass out(y)

I wish I could show you guys more pictures than the few here below, but I made a pinkyswear that I’d keep them strictly secret, so I better keep my word or karma’s gonna get me.

  Shaving her hair (y)

Weather forecast Stockholm.

I already get depressed when I see this weekend’s weather forecast from Stockholm! Saturday, the day of the concert, there will be a storm and I slowly start to think I won’t survive this entire day outside, hahah. Now I can still laugh but once I’m there, frozen and wet, I’ll be in a mood to kill everyone who approaches me. I was already frozen in Helsingborg and Malmo, and I’ve been hoping for so long that in April the weather would at least be a little bit descent. No such luck… xD I HOPE this forecast was is so wrong, hahah.
Sweden is going to be the end of me, and definitely not in a romantic way.

Collection FAA by H&M.

Like I said in the previous post, this year’s collection brings together ethnic influences from different continents. I love the prints, bright colors, feathers, ruffles and strings which make this collection into a unique set of clothes and accessories.

Fashion Against Aids campaign by Dan Martensen.

This year, H&M is launching its fifth Fashion Against aids collection to spread the safe sex message that each new generation needs to hear about. H&M raises funds and wants to create awareness about HIV and AIDS among young people. 25% of the purchase price of all Fashion Against Aids items goes towards AIDS prevention. The collection is available from the 26th of April 2012 in around 300 H&M Divided departments and online as well. This year’s collection brings together ethnic influences from different continents.
The ad for the collection is cool and romantic. It’s directed by Dan Martensen and features a cast of model couples which express their love with a kiss.

And for the Tokio Hotel fans among us I have good news too. The boys are supporting Designers Against Aids since Spring 2009 and this year there will be a little competition. Click HERE for more.
We had a little family ‘party’ this evening. My grandparents came to eat cake for my sister’s birthday. Yes, yes, I know… they’re not really on time, since my sister’s birthday was at the 10th of April, hahah. But it was nice and cozy and it was fun to see the family together for once. My mum and dad spent all morning baking cakes and crumble and it was just delicious! Somehow I really enjoyed this slow day, I think I needed it… I think I needed some time to let go of all the stress from the last days and forget everything for a while.
Tonight, I’m going to take a long, hot bath and go to bed early. Friday Kim and I will be heading for STOCKHOLM and I wanna go with a fresh head instead of being exhausted, like last time in Sweden, hahah. We both have to share one suitcase and I’m not very sure if we’ll manage. Were both addicted to clothes and shoes and I’m pretty sure we’ll cross the limited weight of the suitcase. xD

Sunday.

If you would ask me how I spent my Sunday morning, I couldn’t answer you. I didn’t do a lot, really, but somehow time managed to slip by unnoticed… Rain keeps falling from the sky and coats everything in a glistening layer of water, almost like little sparkles. Somehow, today I don’t mind. It makes me feel relaxed, at ease, and listening to the drops on the roof makes me calm. At a sudden moment I took my camera and I went outside, snapping a picture while the rain kept crashing down on me. My hair is a mess now, hahah, a bunch of curls and waves but that’s fine. The air was filled with the smell of wet grass and damp earth and somehow it was just…beautiful.

Partyyy pics.

Why can’t I remember most of those nights?

Rainnn

Went visiting some universities with my mum this morning and when we arrived back home we noticed we both forgot our key inside, so there we were…standing in the pouring rain in front of our house. It took us 2 minutes before we realized no one would answer the door, hahah. Completely soaked and frozen we ran back to our car and drove to my aunt’s house, waiting for my dad. Really, this can only happen to my mum and me (y)

But I found an interesting article when I was reading a magazine there. It’s about John Galliano and his alcohol addiction, blablabla… Mhh, I still love this man his creativity, despite all what happened. Such a waste of talent… I hope Raf Simons is just as good at his job at the ‘House of Dior’ as Galliano was, mh.

Miami Ink

I’m sure some of you know this TV show LA Ink with Kat Von D, you know, the tattoo artist? The show which made her famous was actually another show, called Miami Ink. She was part of this before she got fired there and started her own business in LA because she and shop manager Ami couldn’t get along at all. Well, I’ll come down to business now.
One of the other tattoo artists from Miami Ink’s TV show, is Chris Garver. I absolutely adore this guy and his work. I think he has a huge talent and is a real artist. Next tattooing, he’s also a painter and is very active in the Japanese style, like koi fish and tigers and so on.

Last year in May, I met him at the tattoo convention in Dortmund and I thought I’d pass out. Darren Brass and Yoji Harada were there as well,  2 other tattoo artist from this show. I can assure you that these men are absolutely amazing and funny, and just because I enjoyed last year SO much, I’ll go back this year!:) I’m getting a real butterflies-in-my-stomach feeling when I think about it, hahah. I really fucking ADORE Garver, okay?!
It was pretty funny actually. I was waiting to get a chance to talk to him for a pretty long time, but he was tattooing someone and it seemed like he would be busy for a pretty long time… So I took a look around the place, chatting with my friends, and at a certain moment I decided to get a new tattoo. OFCOURSEE, right in the moment when I was getting my tattoo, Garver was done with his, so he walked through the fucking crowd and I just COULDN’T go anywhere.

I was freaking out, you know? Hahah. Suddenly my mum and two of my friends disappeared and I was left all alone at the tattoo station. I was all nervous and anxious for all what was happening in this very moment, and suddenly, I looked over my shoulder and Garver was standing right there, waving at me, talking to me. So it seemed my mum and friends ran after him and told him to come to me, mdkjhldkfjvl.  I’ll never forget this moment, I swear. He told me I should go to his stand after I finished my tattoo, so that’s what I did.
He talked to me, asked me questions and was smiling sooooo sweetly all the time. In the end we took a picture together and I could feel my heart going CRAZY in my chest! God, without my mum and without my friends, I could have never had this amazing moment with him! Forever thankful, aisssss.

I hope this year will be as great as it was last yearrrrr! It’s still a while, though. I have to wait till June L.

Spiked up.

Today is a GREAT day, and do you know why??? Because this morning, when I woke up and went downstairs, I found my new babies on the kitchen table! I’m talking about my JEFFREY CAMPBELL shoes which FINALLY arrived!

It was SO worth it waiting all those days for these shoes! I’m pretty impressed by the weight, though. But what else do you expect when the entire backside of the shoe is covered with studs? Hahah. They’re amazingly comfortable to walk with and look very elegant as well. I even like the shoebox. I never thought I could say this sentence one day, but: Where have you been all my life?!
